Leigh W. Batts

Leigh W. Batts has served as a Chaplain for over 20 years. He holds four graduate degrees in Business, Theology, Ethics, and Military Leadership. Batts has directed spiritual care at five Air Force bases and is currently the Director of Spiritual Care at the University of Illinois Health. A highly decorated Air Force Officer, he has received numerous awards for his leadership and team-building efforts. He has spoken in over 40 states and internationally. He resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife Lauren and their two children.
